What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider. When you use Keystone, we store the workspaces, areas, projects, and actions you create, along with the scores and states associated with them.

How we use your data

Your data is used to operate the service — to compute scores, surface your attention queue, and send the optional daily email digest. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service (authentication, hosting, payments).

Third-party services

Keystone uses the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deleted actions move to Trash and are permanently removed after 30 days (Free) or 90 days (Pro). We retain billing records as required by law.
