Using Keystone

Keystone is a productivity tool for individuals and teams. By creating an account, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Your data

You own the content you create in Keystone — your workspaces, areas, projects, and actions. We do not claim any rights to that content. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Payments and subscriptions

The Free plan is free forever with the limits described on the pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to the retention policy in our Privacy Policy.
